As I wrote last week: “I really looked forward for this month’s subscription from @kafferaven since the moment I saw that they had Vara Blanca in their duo. However, today we’ll be looking at the Nicaraguan coffee El Avion!”
Todays coffee is one of my absolute favorites from @kafferaven and it’s the Costa Rican coffee Vara Blanca. In the video I filmed a bit later in the evening, which is extremely sad because this brew was particularly great and I couldn’t finish it since I had to work in the morning.
Brewing with the aeropress can sometimes be magical and with the Vara Blanca, I get so many amazing brews with this coffee. This experience was one of my best this year, coffee wise anyways. The almond and sweet plum gives you a coffee that will last in your mind for a very long time. Simply great!
As usual the coffee from these subscriptions from @kafferaven is making me so happy, it’s really nice to get a coffee that’s “seasonal”, and for me it has almost been a hit every time.
