It was a really long time ago I tried coffee from Koppi. After searching for the roastery on kaffenytt.com I saw that the last post was actually on March the 24th 2019! That’s three and half years ago, that’s too long. I should update the blog more often with different varieties, since I actually drink more coffee than you actually see online.
This honey processed Costa Rican coffee is as you can guess, pretty sweet, a lot of caramel, butterscotch and a little bit apricot. The brewing wasn’t really hard to hit correctly, my favorite way to extract the best of it was with the Chemex.
I’m eager to try more of Koppi’s coffee in the future and I’ll try to post more about them in the future!
