I made Cacio e Pepe inspired by @thefoodfreakk, who runs the YouTube channel NOT ANOTHER COOKING SHOW.
I’ve cooked his recipe several times, but this time I wanted to try making my own pasta. I used my pasta machine from @philipshomelivingsverige (7000 series, but the smaller model should work too).
The pasta was quick to make—done in under 10 minutes, and that’s just the pasta itself. I used semolina flour from @delitea.se, and the result turned out really well.
No recipe post today, but don’t forget: toast the peppercorns, make a paste with pasta water and cheese, and you’re pretty much there.
