Today I stopped by my favorite spot here in Örebro, @robertsonscharkuteri. We were really craving a charcuterie board, so while I was ordering some meat, I asked my girlfriend to check if we should add anything extra. She found these crackers from Verduijns. Admittedly, they are ‘sweet’ rather than ‘salty’ crackers, but it still felt like a reasonable combination since I planned to use marmalade with other crackers anyway.
The crackers had just the right amount of sweetness, and together with Prosciutto di Parma and truffle cheddar, it made for an incredibly satisfying combination for a cozy evening.
