Day 22 – @Kafferaven Specialty Coffee Advent Calendar
Welcome to my absolute favorite coffee from the calendar! This coffee is an experimental fermented coffee from Nicaragua. It also has my absolute favorite bean variety, which is Maracaturra!
This anaerobic fermentation gives it a winey characteristic with a lot of dried plum and hints of licorice root. This is a coffee I want every day and I hope they expand their lot to grow more of this kind of coffee. I welcome it with open arms!
