Kafferäven Per Nordby – Subscription – Bensa Segera

Next month will be a bit different, I’ll be posting @kafferaven advent calendar instead of the monthly subscription. We’ll see how much I’ll post, if it’s reels, stories or posts with pictures and text.

However, that’s next month, this is the second coffee of the month and it’s a really exciting coffee. The flavors jump a lot back and forth and it’s actually an adventurous coffee as the roaster marks it as on the bag.

The coffee is natural processed and that’s why you get these lovely flavors. First of all, it’s really juicy, you also get a lot of earthy and herbal notes like rosemary and green tea. But that’s not all, you also get a lot of different stone fruits, I’ve had nectarine, plum and so on. It’s really sensitive to how you brew and you’ll get different flavors which is a pretty awesome characteristic. I really recommend you to try to brew this with every brewer you have, if you do that, you’ll find a favorite brewer for this coffee as well.

As usual the coffee from these subscriptions from @kafferaven is making me so happy, it’s really nice to get a coffee that’s “seasonal”, and for me it has almost been a hit every time.
