It’s been a long time since I’ve been this excited about a coffee roastery, and I mean a new one for me personally. I’ve never tried La Clara before, and when the time came, I decided to get 4 samples.
La Clara is about so much more; they want to include everyone. It’s not just about improving things for coffee growers, but also for us coffee drinkers to achieve a fantastic result in our coffee cups. I love Colombian coffee, and that’s exactly what we will experience together.
I will publish a post for each coffee in the future, but right now I just want to highlight this roastery. I’ve obviously tested all the bags of coffee already, but I feel that we can delve even deeper into the specifics in the upcoming posts.
As you can see, I had a bit of trouble getting a picture with all four bags, but luckily my cats let me use their tree for a photo. Incidentally, they liked the spot where the coffee was placed—odd, right?
