LaClara – Castillo Red Honey

This Colombian coffee from @laclara_coffee offers a taste experience that reminds us of sweet raisins, juicy mandarins, sun-ripened strawberries and a hint of golden honey. Each cup provides a rich and complex flavor profile that captures the essence of these fruity and sweet nuances, making it an amazing coffee experience.

The coffee ran out very quickly; it became a staple in my thermos for work throughout the week, and breakfast at work was always better than in previous weeks.

My absolute favorite brewing method is “The Chemex,” as it allows you to achieve the purest taste of this Honey-processed coffee!
