Record – Coffee – Records own Blend

This is the second bag that I received from my mother-in-law. It is similar to the other one but closer to a mid-roast level. This brings out more flavor, aroma, berries, and whatnot, instead of the dark roast that somewhat eliminates a lot of character.

Between these two, I prefer this one, which is their own ‘Record’s Blend’. It has less harshness and bitterness. It works well with the DeLonghi espresso machine.

I’m happy to have received this surprise; it’s always nice to try out new stuff. It pairs really well with milk.
