Sometimes I leave a bag of coffee with around 20 grams left in a dark and cool place. So, for today, I wanted to drink an old buddy of mine. It’s a Costa Rican coffee from @pennybridgeroasters.
What I do is, as I wrote above, storing it. But when I drink it again, I always try to replicate the same recipe and then write new notes on how the experience was, comparing it to the old review.
Today, this coffee felt sweeter, almost more ‘jammy’ like. It had little to no acidity. It was a really nice moment.
